The Job Skills Training Program is developed in order to equip Special Needs Individuals with skills that will enable them to have a sense of independence and responsibility which they can use in the future to make a living. Special Needs Individuals are part of a community that requires regular and systematic coaching and training. The students at GNB are at the cusp of adulthood and are at the point where they will need to attain certain skills and abilities that would propel them to have a chance or opportunity to gain real-life experience. Thus, this program would bridge the students’ school-to-work process by preparing and eventually providing them with a job, livelihood and a sense of purpose to their life.
